AccountEstablishes user details and privileges specifically within CH Portal. (The username and password are defined together with the opening of the account.)


SMAP_admin_guide 

Administrator A user with full contribution, reviewing and publishing privileges. (The Administrator manages other users, defines new roles, gives clearance to the contributors' material to be published).  SMAP CLearing House User Manual
Anonymous userA user of the CH Portal who is not registered and does not authenticate in the system. (The anonymous user has access to all the information published in the CH Portal).

A permission granted to a registered user to perform specific actions in the CH, for example to post data in specific sections or folders of the CH. The privileges are granted by the Administrator.
